Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), known for being one of the most modern in Europe; the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), renowned for innovative technologies and racing passion; and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, opening this year. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis and race operations.
What do you need? The mindset of an athlete. If giving up isn’t an option for you and limits are meant to be overcome, you can bring 'Vorsprung durch Technik' to Formula 1. Join this unique project and make motorsport history. This position for the Audi F1 Project is based at Sauber in Hinwil, Switzerland.
Your mission
1. Serve as the point of contact for employees on approvals, social insurance, and time tracking.
2. Create and manage employment contracts in collaboration with HR business partners.
3. Record illness and accident data, coordinate with external parties, and maintain the time tracking system.
4. Plan and execute the monthly Welcome Event for new employees.
5. Organize exit interviews and prepare reference letters.
6. Support payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
7. Participate in the creation and optimization of HR processes.
8. Maintain high quality and accuracy of HR data, including updating employee information.
9. Contribute to HR projects and support the implementation of company strategies.
Your profile
1. Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in a similar HR role.
2. Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security systems.
3. Independent, detail-oriented, and reliable work style.
4. Experience with SAP, preferably SAP Fiori, and Personio.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
6. Strong IT affinity for upcoming digitalization projects.
7. Excellent service orientation and enjoyment of working within an international team.
8. Proficiency in English and German languages.
