Marketing Technology Manager (Salesforce / CRM)
Up to £90,000 + bonus
Hybrid – Manchester
This is one of those roles where Salesforce actually sits at the heart of the business not off to the side.
They’re looking for someone to take ownership of the marketing tech ecosystem, with Salesforce as the core platform driving how teams engage customers, optimise campaigns, and make better data-led decisions.
You won’t just be managing tools you’ll be shaping how marketing, sales, and data teams work together through Salesforce.
What you’ll be doing:
* Owning the Salesforce / CRM landscape from a marketing perspective
* Working across marketing, sales, and tech teams to align strategy and execution
* Driving improvements in campaign performance, customer journeys, and data usage
* Managing integrations between Salesforce and wider MarTech tools
* Acting as the go-to person for CRM-driven marketing capability
What they’re looking for:
* Strong Salesforce / CRM experience (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, or similar)
* Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders
* Someone who understands both marketing objectives and technical delivery
* Comfortable translating business needs into scalable CRM solutions
* A data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and optimisation
