Join Taylor Rose, a top 60 law firm with over 25 offices nationwide, as a consultant solicitor or lawyer in conveyancing. You will work on a consultancy, fee‑sharing basis, choosing your own clients, fees, hours, and volume of work.
Role Summary
We are looking for experienced solicitors, FCILEx, or licensed conveyancers (minimum 4 years PQE) with expertise in residential or commercial property across private and public sectors. You will manage your own practice within the Taylor Rose network.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide conveyancing services for residential and commercial properties.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Manage case portfolios and ensure timely completion of transactions.
* Collaborate with internal teams for best practice and business development.
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor, FCILEx, or licensed conveyancer.
* Minimum 4 years of post‑qualification experience in conveyancing.
* Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial property law.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and time‑management skills.
