Job Details
Responsibilities
 * Conduct service visits to address reported calls and maintain high standards of professional service support.
 * Respond to customer service requests for the repair of business equipment.
 * Diagnose faults and implement effective repairs through adjustments, cleaning, or part replacements.
 * Perform preventative maintenance per manufacturer guidelines and service management recommendations.
 * Communicate with customers, provide detailed reports on work performed, and confirm equipment condition after service.
 * Install equipment sold by the company and ensure optimal performance to customer satisfaction.
 * Provide training and guidance to customers to maximise equipment efficiency and prevent operational errors.
 * Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables to support service operations.
A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break. This role is fully remote/home-based with periodic attendance at offices for team meetings and training.
Skills And Experience Required
 * Experience as an engineer on MFD printers.
 * IT knowledge with the ability to network devices and set up scanning functions.
 * Strong customer service skills with previous customer-facing experience.
 * Experience working in a target-driven environment.
 * Smart and presentable at all times.
 * Willingness to undertake training on new product lines, such as laptops and PCs.
