Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
* Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
* Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
* Be a competent key holder of the club, covering shifts as needed.
* Have a good understanding of the membership software system.
* Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate in these.
* Support the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor duties.
* Experience the products and services on offer.
* Maintain the cleanliness of the facilities, actively participating in the upkeep of the club with support from the team.
* Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
* Deal competently with member complaints and inform the relevant manager.
Need to be:
* Outgoing with a positive mindset.
* Competent with administrative duties.
* Driven and ambitious, eager to learn and develop both behaviors and competencies specific to the role.
* Willing to participate in learning and development to progress your competencies and career.
* Able to perform operational key holder duties as required.
* Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service.
* Flexible to work shifts that suit the business needs and support team members.
* Target-focused to support sales and retention goals for the club.
