A high‑performingsecondary school in Cheltenham is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Biology Teacher to join their science department as soon as possible. This full‑time role will run for the remainder of the academic year, offering a great opportunity to make a real impact within a supportive and well‑resourced school.
The Role
1. Full‑time Biology teaching position
2. Teaching across Key Stages (KS3–KS5 depending on timetable)
3. Immediate start
4. Continuing through to the end of the academic year
5. Planning and delivering engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons
6. Working in a strong and collaborative science faculty
About You
We’re looking for a teacher who:
7. Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
8. Has experience teaching Biology at secondary level
9. Delivers high‑quality, engaging lessons with strong subject knowledge
10. Has confident behaviour management and clearmunication
11. Can quickly integrate into a department and build positive relationships with learners
