Role overview RenewableUK is largely supported by two key income streams: corporate membership fees and its major annual events. Reporting to the Head of Membership, the post-holder will support RenewableUK's member engagement across all areas of our activities. This will include recruitment of new members and retention of existing ones, attendance at RUK and industry events to meet industry colleagues and promote RUK membership, supporting the organisation's digital strategy transformation and management of the membership business processes. Roles and responsibilities The role involves but is not limited to the following: Working with the Head of Membership to identify potential new members and promote the benefits of RUK membership to these organisations. Active recruitment work to include research on target member markets, prospecting opportunities, communicating the value of membership and closing sales – all with good record keeping on the CRM. Awareness of commercial targets for the membership team and individual contribution expectation towards this annual target. Supporting the processes pertinent to member engagement, onboarding and membership account management including data inputting on the CRM.
