2026 Systems Engineering Graduate – Belfast, UK. The role begins on 07 September 2026 and is a permanent, full‑time position (37 hours per week: 8 hours Monday‑Thursday, 5 hours Friday). The annual salary is £34,000.

Graduate Programme
The programme runs for three years, with a rotation option in year 3. You will be assigned to new or existing programmes and work with engineers to design and develop solutions for Thales customers. Structured learning pathways and sponsorship from the Engineering Leadership team support rapid development.
Requirements
Applicants must have or be on track to achieve a bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject, such as:
* Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering
* Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering
* Information Technology
* Mathematics
* Physics
* Systems Engineering
* AI, Machine Learning and Cybernetics
* Computing or Computer Science
* Other relevant technical degrees will be considered.
Successful candidates must have the permanent right to work in the UK, undergo BPSS clearance and obtain full Security Clearance (SC) before commencing employment.

Assessment centres for shortlisted candidates will take place between February and May 2026. Induction week is scheduled from Monday 07 September to Friday 11 September 2026.
