A rare opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor to join a close-knit and highly respected Private Client team in Cheltenham. The role will involve:
* Managing a varied caseload of private client matters with supervision
* Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Assisting with Probate and estate administration
* Supporting senior solicitors on more complex matters
* Building trusted relationships with clients
* Contributing to the continued growth of the department
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Be a Newly Qualified Solicitor or approaching qualification
* Have completed at least one Private Client seat during training
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail and client care skills
* Be keen to develop your expertise in Private Client law
* Enjoy working as part of a close and supportive team
