Contract: Permanent - Full-time
Salary: Up to £, Per Annum – Dependent upon Experience

Set up by a former foster parent and former social worker in, Foster Care Associates (FCA) is an established fostering agency which forms part of the Polaris Community - one of the UK’s largest leading communities of children’s service providers.
The business was born out of an enthusiasm for delivering fostering services to make a positive difference to the lives of looked after children. Our first office was in the Worcestershire countryside, and that’s still where our Head Office is today.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Senior Administrator to join us in our friendly, dedicated and established team working at our Chorley Office in the North West
DUTIES INCLUDE:
1. Undertake a wide range of administrative tasks and duties using keyboard, office, Teams and strong IT skills
2. Co-ordination of foster parent Training & Therapy
3. Organisation and coordination of meetings and events
4. Completion of monthly tasks according to deadlines
5. Recording of essential company information to third parties on our database (CHARMS)
6. Act as first point of contact for our customers and portray a positive, professional and helpful image of the organisation
7. Understand and follow unique processes
8. Reporting key compliance information to the management team
9. Minute taking at Fostering Panel meetings
10. Office Health & Safety
11. Liaison with key stakeholders such as Foster Parents and Local Authorities
12. Reception duties
13. Line Management of team administrators
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
14. Previous Administrative experience
15. Solid educational background to include GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths
16. Be able to evidence an understanding of the use of IT and electronic communications including the use of Microsoft Office in particular TEAMS, Word, Excel and Outlook email
17. A strong knowledge of administrative systems and processes
18. Strong Communication skills at all levels
19. Ability to work under pressure and handle changing priorities
20. Ability to multitask
21. Administration qualification or equivalent
