Duties and responsibilities related to the Dim Sum Chef de Partie role?
Assist in creating and following traditional recipes.
Utilizing traditional Chinese cooking techniques, such as steaming, frying, and baking, specific to dim sum preparation.
Collaborating with the Sous Chef to design and update the dim sum menu.
Managing the dim sum station and ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently.
Introducing new dim sum items and seasonal specials to keep the menu exciting and diverse.
Supervising the dim sum team, training and overseeing operations.
About you?
Experience in high-end Chinese cuisine is essential. Excellent knowledge of food trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
