We have a high-profile and rarely available role to join our growing team as a Divisional Finance Controller for our Renault Nissan division. Reporting directly into the Divisional Finance Director, this role offers a significant opportunity for a talented individual to demonstrate their potential and enjoy excellent future progression opportunities.

The role includes:
* Supporting the Division in delivering strategic objectives and financial plans.
* Regular financial reporting and analysis to identify performance improvements.
* Responsibility for certain dealership finance functions within the division.
* Supporting the delivery of the Group and Finance Vision.
* Maintaining financial controls.
Dealership Support:
* Managing dealership finance functions effectively and supporting management accounts preparation in line with Group Policies.
* Assisting General Managers to maximize operational and financial performance, including dealership reviews.
* Training and supporting new accountants through the Group induction process.
* Engaging in succession planning across the Division.
* Driving change management to improve productivity within dealership finance functions.
* Implementing financial controls according to Company Policy & Governance.
Additional Functions:
* Divisional financial reporting and working capital management.
* Flexibility in working location.
* Supporting dealerships and Central Services with ad-hoc projects.
* Sharing best practices with Central Services.
* Leading by example in commitment to Group Values.
This key role in our senior finance team requires the ability to govern financial functions remotely, lead a team, and deliver accurate accounts. Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
