Your new role
Our Public Sector client is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the identification and procurement of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of the CRM system, ensuring it meets our organisational needs and integrates seamlessly with our existing IT infrastructure.
The key responsibilities:
* Conduct a thorough analysis of our current processes and systems to determine CRM requirements.
* Research and evaluate potential CRM solutions in the market.
* Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to gather detailed requirements.
* Develop a procurement strategy that aligns with public sector regulations and standards.
* Lead the CRM system implementation project, including configuration, customisation, and deployment.
* Ensure the new CRM system integrates with existing applications and data sources.
* Provide training and support to end-users.
* Monitor system performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role in the public sector.
* Strong understanding of CRM systems and their application within large organisations.
* Excellent project management skills and experience leading large-scale IT projects.
* Knowledge of public sector procurement processes and regulations.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
