Responsibilities
* Assist stylists with various tasks to enhance the client experience- Including washing hair
* Assist with front desk operations, including greeting clients and scheduling appointments
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and needs
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon environment
* Support upselling of products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
Experience
* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and relationship building
* Experience with front desk operations in a salon or retail environment is beneficial
* Ability to effectively work in a busy environment, prioritising your workload accordingly.
