Our client, a well-established Property services company based in Chester, is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service / Administrator to join their team. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy property services office.
The Role
Working from the office in Chester, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative and customer service support. You will act as a first point of contact for clients, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring professional communication and smooth office operations at all times.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing general office administration and day-to-day office activities
2. Handling incoming calls and emails with a confident and professional telephone manner
3. Acting as a key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
4. Supporting management and site teams with administrative duties
5. Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and filing systems
6. Providing high levels of customer service in a fast-paced property services environment
Candidate Requirements
7. Minimum 3 years' experience in administration and/or customer service
8. Previous experience working within a property services or construction enviroment is desirable
9. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
10. Excellent telephone manner
11. Highly organised with good attention to detail
12. Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently
