Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Administrator to join our team in a small but busy, fast paced office. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting sales, through to order processing & ensuring customer satisfaction through until delivery & installation.
You will need to be self-motivated, well-organised, punctual & have a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
* Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
* Support the sales team with administrative tasks
* Data Input & order processing from start to finish
* Maintain accurate records
* Communicate between departments to deal with customer queries
* Learn & maintain product knowledge to effectively assist customers
* Contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales administration or similar role
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
