The Role You and your Team Reporting to the Delivery Lead, you will manage the technical delivery of multiple engineering teams across the Group. Working within an Agile change framework, you will oversee teams spanning Software, Test, Data, Infrastructure and Cloud, ensuring high-quality technical outcomes each sprint. You will collaborate closely with architecture, data, test and infrastructure leads to deliver robust technical specifications and successful end-to-end delivery As a Delivery Manager, you will:Lead and manage engineering teams, ensuring engagement, motivation, and professional development through performance reviews, training, and holiday planning. Drive continuous improvement of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ensure adherence to delivery standards within the organization. Organise and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, fostering collaboration and efficiency. Monitor and report delivery status, using metrics and reports to communicate progress and expectations to stakeholders. Coach, mentor, and inspire team members, creating a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and improvement. Manage timelines, resources, and dependencies, ensuring safe and effective delivery of products and services in line with organisational policies. What We’re Looking For Proven track record of leading Agile software development teams and delivering complex technical solutions. Excellent presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior management and Directors. Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively. In-depth understanding of Agile principles and ALM tools, including automated testing, Scrum/Kanban, CI/CD, and DevOps tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA). Ability to lead technical teams across platforms such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, Microsoft stack, cloud, and work closely with Architecture and Security disciplines. Expert problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and challenging situations professionally.
