What You’ll Do:
* Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
* Replace or retrofit HVAC systems to meet current efficiency and safety standards
* Install thermostats, controls, and related accessories
* Test system functionality and ensure proper airflow and temperature control
* Collaborate with customers to explain installation process and answer questions
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
* Work closely with dispatch and warehouse to ensure timely job completion
What We Are Looking For:
* Minimum 3-5 years of HVAC installation experience preferred
* Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
* High school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus)
