A well-established engineering business in Chesterfield is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to lead and develop its integrated Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality systems.
Operating across various heavy engineering disciplines, this organisation delivers complex projects to its core client base. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for compliance, cultural improvement and operational performance across both workshop and site environments.
The business are also open to exploring this role on a part-time basis.
The Role
* Lead and maintain the integrated HSEQ management system
* Ensure compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and UK legislation
* Manage internal and external audits
* Drive continuous improvement and positive safety culture
* Oversee incident investigations and corrective actions
* Support RAMS, risk assessments and site compliance
* Provide HSEQ reporting to senior leadership
About You
* Proven HSEQ management experience within engineering and manufacturing
* NEBOSH qualified
* Strong working knowledge of ISO systems and audit processes
* Confident communicator able to influence at all levels
* Proactive, hands-on and improvement driven
