- £48k base salary (37.5hrs) Van with Personal use and No Tracker Significant autonomy and plenty of time on jobs with no helpdesk pestering you NO ON-CALL The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and servicing gas fired appliances and associated HVAC plant & equipment.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine service and maintenance of gas fired appliances and HVAC plant and equipment including boilers, water heaters, pump sets, press units etc.
Perform mechanical work, including maintenance of pipework, seals, pumps, and pressurisation units. xxuwjjq
Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems across a portfolio of contracted sites.
