Responsibilities
* Partner closely with central and regional sales teams to assess the feasibility of new product and service ideas
* Drive new service concepts from initial idea through to full commercial realization
* Build and analyse business cases, including market and competitor analysis, NPV, KPIs, and continuous improvement opportunities
* Develop sales materials such as presentations, pricing strategies, value‑selling tools, flyers, and winning guides
* Enable and train global and regional sales teams on product value, sales materials, and customer‑facing strategies
* Support market‑led business cases that guide R&D investment and funding decisions
Qualifications
* A Bachelor’s degree is ideal but not essential; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
* Experience building business cases and calculating ROI for business or R&D initiatives
* Familiarity with go‑to‑market strategies for new products and services
* Strong analytical capability with a systematic, logical approach to problem solving
* A collaborative, proactive mindset with strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
* Confidence using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Desired Qualifications
* An MBA or equivalent graduate qualification
* Experience in product marketing strategy or continuous improvement methodologies
* Exposure to aero gas turbine products, the Oil & Gas market, or sales roles
