Our client is looking for a kind and committed Healthcare Assistant to join their care team. The service is based in a modern, thoughtfully designed home where residents' wellbeing, dignity, and comfort are at the heart of everything they do. Working as part of a dedicated care team, you will provide person-centred support to residents throughout both day and night shifts. You'll be assisting with all aspects of daily living, ensuring each resident feels safe, valued, and supported. Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality and person centred care
* Support residents with personal care, mobility, and daily routines
* Encourage independence and choice in line with individual care plans
* Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with the team
* Respond to residents' emotional and physical needs with empathy
* Work closely with senior carers and nursing staff to maintain high standards
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, preferably with experience in residential, dementia or nursing care
* A Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification (or working towards it) is preferred
* A warm, caring, and respectful approach to support
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* A strong desire to make a real difference in people's lives

* Healthcare Assistant - Day or Night Shifts | Days - £12.50 per hour & Nights - £13 per hour | Full-Time
