Job Title: Store Manager
To be a great Store Manager at one of our convenience stores, you don’t necessarily need retail experience. Surprised? What you’ll be doing
While your team of Customer and Trading Managers will run the shifts and manage the day-to-day operations, you’ll have ultimate control over the store’s performance. You’ll be a visible and accountable leader—finding, solving, and anticipating issues now and in the future, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
You’ll need to ensure all safety and legal standards are met for customers and staff. Additionally, you will develop your team’s talent, ensuring a pipeline of motivated individuals prepared to advance into management roles and beyond.
5S ONLY
You may be responsible for managing two stores simultaneously, dividing your time effectively between them and staying informed about both locations.

Your starting point will be the valuable data generated daily—analyzing trends, translating insights into actionable activities, and prioritizing those with the most business impact. To operate at your best, you’ll be equipped with the latest technology, including handheld devices, enabling you to stay mobile and effective.
How you’ll progress
