The Role: As Founding Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end user experience across Farselt’s products and client solutions. You will define how our products look, feel and function, ensuring usability, accessibility and visual excellence.
This is a senior, hands-on role with significant influence over product direction and brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead UX and UI design across web and mobile applications.
* Conduct user research, usability testing and design validation.
* Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
* Build and maintain design systems and component libraries.
* Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
* Champion accessibility, responsiveness and usability best practices.
* Shape Farselt’s design standards and visual identity.
Requirements
* 5+ years experience in UX/UI or product design.
* Expert in Figma or similar design tools.
* Confident working closely with developers and stakeholders.
Nice to Have
* Startup or early-stage product experience.
* Understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals.
* Experience in B2B or SaaS product design.
