We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a confident and well-organised Part-Time Credit Controllerto join their busy finance team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your credit control experience to a supportive and dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and recover outstanding debts from both commercial and domestic customers
* Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments
* Investigate and resolve billing and payment issues
* Maintain accurate records of customer communications and transactions
* Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve account issues
* Prepare reports on aged debt and debtor status
* Support the finance team with additional administrative tasks as required
Experience Required
* Experience in credit control or accounts receivable is desirable
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong attention to detail and good organisational abilities
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage)
