Job Title: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant/Trainer Location: Sheffield (5 days a week - might move to hybrid) Salary/Rate: £400 a day (inside IR35) Start Date: 24/04/24 Job Type: Contract Company Introduction As a Dynamics 365 CRM Trainer, you will play a pivotal role within our Product team, collaborating closely with the Product Owner, Business Analyst and End users to enhance and revamp CRM training and eLearning materials. Your primary objective is to facilitate effective training sessions and develop comprehensive training resources to ensure optimal utilisation of Dynamics CRM across various business units. Job Responsibilities/Objectives Develop a deep understanding of Dynamics CRM modules, working closely with different business units to expand knowledge and identify training needs. Conduct thorough training needs analysis to tailor training programs according to specific requirements. Adapt training documentation promptly to incorporate changes in business processes or functionality. Create and maintain a comprehensive repository of training materials, including bite-sized videos, stored on Teams platform. Design and deliver tailored Dynamics CRM training courses, catering to both individual and group settings such as one-on-one sessions and classroom training. Provide training sessions for both new users and refresher courses for existing users, including leaders and end-users. Utilise commercial experience in Dynamics CRM to enhance training effectiveness and relevance. Employ storyboarding techniques for designing engaging eLearning courses. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts and procedures. Deliver engaging training sessions to ensure maximum participation and comprehension. Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all training materials and sessions. Provide support during the User Acceptance Testing phase of CRM delivery. Preference for experience within the finance sector to better align training with industry-specific needs. Required Skills/Experience Proven commercial experience working with Dynamics CRM. Experience in storyboarding for designing eLearning courses. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to deliver engaging and informative training sessions. Strong attention to detail in developing and maintaining training materials. Familiarity with conducting training needs analysis. Experience in supporting User Acceptance Testing phases.
