```html ADI Driver Trainer (NDORS/SCD) - Wiltshire ADI Driver Trainer (NDORS/SCD) Freelance NDORS SCD Practical Driver Trainer Wiltshire & surrounding areas £150 – £226 per day/session mileage expenses Self-employed / freelance We are looking to recruit experienced Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) to join our associate panel as NDORS Safe and Considerate Driving (SCD) Practical Driver Trainers, delivering on-road coaching across Wiltshire and neighbouring areas. This role focuses on the practical (in-vehicle) element of the NDORS SCD course, supporting drivers to reflect on behaviour, improve decision-making and develop safer, more considerate driving habits. The role As an NDORS SCD Practical Trainer, you will: Deliver on-road coaching sessions in line with the NDORS SCD course specification and provider standards Coach participants in real-world driving environments using an evidence-based, client-centred approach Deliver sessions typically on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis (maximum) Ensure accurate completion of course records, attendance and feedback Act as a professional ambassador for TTC and the NDORS scheme Minimum criteria (essential) Applicants must meet the following requirements: DVSA-registered ADI (minimum Grade B) Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points Minimum 12 months’ experience delivering coaching, instruction or training Strong working knowledge of the Highway Code Suitable training vehicle, insured for instructional use and capable of carrying up to four occupants Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance (typically £5m each) Willingness to complete NDORS / Accredited Instructor training (where not already licensed) Willingness to undergo Enhanced DBS and/or police vetting (NPPV Level 2) Additional opportunity – NDORS theory delivery Trainers who hold or are willing to achieve a Level 3 Award in Education & Training (AET) or equivalent may also be offered the opportunity to train and licence as an NDORS theory trainer, delivering classroom or virtual workshops (subject to business need).
