Overview
Customer Advisor – TradePoint
Part‑time (15 hours per week), permanent contract.
Responsibilities
* Operate the Tradepoint counter, engaging and advising trade members.
* Take ownership of TradePoint members, understanding their businesses through conversation.
* Recommend appropriate products and services to members.
* Promote and enrol members into the trade loyalty scheme.
* Flexibly cover teamwork duties, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to adjust approach for varied customers and colleagues.
* Strong relationship‑building and opportunity‑spotting skills.
