About The Role

As a Project Engineer, you will be based at a project site (live on-site role) repairing generators from 300kVA+ and other equipment within our range, providing onsite service to customers. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and documenting machine damage, maintaining accurate service and maintenance records, and communicating effectively with your Line Manager and customers.
You will work alongside colleagues as a great team player, taking pride in your workplace and ensuring high standards are maintained while adhering to company procedures and processes.
This is a live on-site role on a rotation basis, with accommodation and a service van provided.

To succeed as a Project Engineer, you should have:
* Extensive experience with synchronised generators 300kVA+ capacity and related switchgear
* Strong electrical and mechanical power generation knowledge
* Qualifications such as BS7671, C&G 2391, and lockout/tagout training
* Experience in preventative maintenance planning and reporting
* A safety- and process-driven mindset
* Effective communication skills and teamwork ability
* Ability to produce basic monthly generator performance reports
* Willingness to work in remote locations
