Job description:
HR Business Partner (12-Month FTC)
Location: Letchworth Garden City (Hybrid)
Contract: January 2026 December 2026
Due to the exciting news that one of our team is expecting, were looking for an experienced HR professional to join dormakaba UK & Ireland for a 12-month maternity cover.
This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver a full generalist HR service with a strong focus on Employee Relations, partnering with managers and supporting key HR processes across performance management, recruitment, and people development.

Provide expert guidance on employee relations and employment law
Support performance management and talent development initiatives
Educate and coach managers on best practices
Ensure compliance with GDPR and HR policies
Collaborate with global HR teams on strategic projects
Experience that matters: Your Skills 46 years HR experience in fast-paced environments
CIPD Level 5 (desirable)
Strong employment law knowledge
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Proven experience in ER case management and restructuring
Confident, proactive, and able to work independently
