What You’ll Receive
* Weekday Pay: £14.80 – £16.59 per hour (including holiday pay)
* Weekend Pay: £15.30 – £17.15 per hour (including holiday pay)
* Paid Training: 2 weeks + shadowing (£230)
* Mileage Allowance: £0.35 per mile
* Enhanced rates for weekends & bank holidays

Your Role as a Care Assistant
As a Care Assistant, you will provide high‑quality, person‑centred care to clients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing personal care and medication support
* Preparing meals and assisting with light household tasks
* Supporting clients to stay active, safe, and engaged
* Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, or social outings
* Driving to clients’ homes across the Fareham area to deliver care and support
This is a community‑based role, so being able to travel between clients is essential.
What We’re Looking For
* Availability for early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends
* Minimum of 25 hours per week
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
