Ringway Jacobs is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor to join our dynamic Operations Team in Essex. This role plays a key part in delivering comprehensive highway services, including routine maintenance, investigations, surveys, repairs, and improvement works.
As Supervisor, you will lead the planning, programming, and on-site delivery of the Council’s projects, along with additional workstreams commissioned for the Operations Team, ensuring all objectives are met or exceeded.
The Role
* Manage and direct a Supply Chain Partners and self-delivery teams delivering key activities
* Ensure that all information required to carry out works is available and clear
* Deliver daily briefings and communicate clearly to operational teams
* Complete daily record sheets and associated documents
* Conversant with Microsoft applications – Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
* CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
* NRSWA – Supervisor (New Road and Street Works Act) Qualification
* SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
* First Aid Certification
