Who We're Seeking:
As the Registered Manager of Hampton Court, you'll have the autonomy to lead the home with passion and dedication. Your role will encompass overall management responsibilities, providing inspirational leadership to our team. Key areas of focus include maintaining excellence in care, resident and colleague engagement, financial management, recruitment, and maintaining CQC compliance.
Key Skills and Experience Needed:
1. Management experience within residential elderly care services
2. Proven leadership skills Effective multitasking and prioritization abilities
3. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager
4. Proficiency in senior safeguarding roles
5. Ability to engage in multi-disciplinary discussions and build positive relationships with stakeholders
6. Strong financial acumen and IT skills
7. Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification
8. Good knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations
