We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our client a Tier 1 contractor who specialises in high spec commercial schemes valuing up to £400m. This role will be a blend of operations and administration, with a great emphasis on operational support especially resourcing & recruiting. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, with strong attention to detail, and preferably CIPD qualified.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for managing HR operations effectively. Implementing the people & culture strategy to support the overall business plan.
Understand the resourcing needs of the business and support recruitment activities proactively.
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, welcoming them and providing the essential knowledge of the business.
Ensure HR administration is completed accurately, in a timely manner and communicated to relevant individuals appropriately.
