About the role
We’re excited to be looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join our External Quality Assurance team.
You’ll support the team in delivering a first-rate customer experience, providing timely and effective administrative support across the External Quality Assurance team. You'll support with allocating External Quality Assurers, processing new centre and additional product applications, supporting with data cleanse activities, and supporting our national training events.
How you’ll make an impact:
1. Supporting centres to receive approval to deliver NCFE qualifications by maintaining timely and accurate recording and processing of centre applications
2. Embedding NCFE values and behaviours through teamwork, problem solving, and continuous improvement
3. Co-ordinating team activities including scheduling meetings, appointments, customer visits and co-ordinating training and events
4. Maintaining accurate records (eg CRM, RAID logs etc), generating reports and completing QA checks on assessment records
5. Supporting the team through monitoring team mailboxes and work allocation
6. Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with customers and other teams across NCFE
We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following:
7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written including excellent grammar and spelling
8. Experience in using various office applications and software such as Excel and Outlook
9. Proven data entry skills
10. Strong organisation and prioritisation skills and the ability to maintain a high standard of accuracy
11. Ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks, events and diaries, so experience of working in a busy administrative role is essential
