The Ideal Catalyst for Learning
We want to hear from you if you:
* Are Qualified: You hold QTS and a degree in a Science discipline (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Applied Science).
* Have Experience: You have a proven track record of delivering the National Curriculum at KS3 and KS4, including required practicals.
* Are Engaging: You possess the classroom management skills to lead safe, exciting, and high:energy practical lessons.
* Are Safe: You are 100 committed to safeguarding and the health and safety of pupils in a lab environment.
Your Core Responsibilities
* Plan and Deliver: Create high:quality, engaging Science lessons that raise attainment and foster scientific inquiry.
* Experiment: Manage and lead safe practical work that brings the curriculum to life.
* Engage: Act as a Form Tutor and contribute to the vibrant, investigative life of our school.
* Collaborate: Contribute to innovative Schemes of Work and share best practices for lab:based learning.
