Job Description A unique opportunity for Vintage Cellar Hands to join Ridgeview, a multi award-winning English Sparkling Wine producer in Sussex. You’ll play a vital and vibrant role in our 2024 harvest and gain unrivalled experience at the cutting edge of winemaking in this country. ABOUT THE ROLE You’ll carry out racking and transfers, ferment inoculations and chaptalizing. There will be an exciting variety with the opportunity to experience three different styles of pressing (including Ridgeview’s Coquard PAI traditional press), working with one of the most experienced English sparkling winemakers in the country. All of this will take place in our brand new winery extension. There will be fruit sources received from exceptional vineyards across the whole of Southern England and you’ll witness the entire harvest process as part of our small, skilled and supportive team. You’ll pull together with general cellar work, tank and equipment cleaning, assisting in maintaining winery cleanliness, and most importantly, celebrate success together.
