12-month fixed-term contract We are currently recruiting for an experienced senior Childcare Lawyer with 3+years experience to join our client’s business based close to Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire on a full time Hybrid basis.

The successful Childcare Lawyer will utilise their skills and expertise to advise public sectors and not for profit clients on a range of childcare matters.
Responsibilities of the Childcare Lawyer:
* Care proceedings
* Adoption
* Legal Aid applications
* Applications for secure accommodation
* Public law outline matters (PLO)
* Issues relating to the protection of children and young people
* Attending court to conduct advocacy
* Revoking placement orders
The Childcare Lawyer Candidate:
* Lawyers with a minimum of 3 years experience
* Experience in childcare law is essential for this role
* Shows a strong work ethic
* Strong communication skills
* IT Proficient
* Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Benefits for the Childcare Lawyer Role:
* Salaries range depending on PQE for Lawyer £44,290 - £50,240 / Senior Lawyer £50,790 - £58,168.75 DOE
* 22% pension
