* Assess condition against housing standards and regulatory requirements
* Specify remedial works and prepare clear repair recommendations
* Produce concise inspection reports with photographic evidence
* Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors in a professional manner
* Monitor repair works and verify completion to required standards
* Support compliance with legal and statutory obligations
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience within the construction industry, particularly in the public sector.
* Strong knowledge of building regulations and property adaptation standards.
* Proficiency in preparing specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
