This role is all about keeping production running smoothly, supporting your team, and ensuring products meet our quality and safety standards.
Youll be the go-to person on the linecoordinating workflow, solving problems on the spot, and helping your team perform at their best.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment in a supervisory/team leader role Good understanding of production processes and equipment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy Who areBoughey?
