The HR Consultants is a boutique consultancy, providing outsourced HR support to businesses across the UK. In short, we help organisations create a place that their people love to work, through a full range of outsourced HR solutions (including, you guessed it – recruitment!).
Our services cover the full employment lifecycle including recruitment, HR advice, HR administration, training, people strategy, and everything in between.
We have an extensive range of clients who work with us on an ongoing, retained basis for generalist HR support. Our relationships with our HR clients ensure we know their business, their culture, and their people extremely well, therefore we are perfectly placed to provide recruitment services – and THAT is where you come in!

We're building our recruitment consultancy team and need people who are self-motivated and results-driven, with a love for sales, spotting opportunities, and providing a service to a high standard.
You will naturally work with tenacity and drive and have the ability to build and maintain client relationships, while delivering high-quality candidates. This role is an excellent opportunity to be a pivotal part in building and driving our recruitment service. The best bit is you’ll have a huge, ready-built list of warm prospects, who already work with us on our wider HR services, now they just need to hear from you about how we can support them with recruitment. HR Consultants’ Clients:
We will continue to partner with our existing HR support clients to provide a wide-ranging recruitment service including (but not limited to) HR, office support, finance, IT, events, marketing, and sales roles.
We will position ourselves as the go-to specialist HR recruitment partner, carrying out search and selection for HR-related roles including HR Business Partner, Head of HR, HR Assistant, HR Advisor, HR Director, Chief People Officer, L&D Specialists, Talent Acquisition, etc.
This offer will align with our HR consultancy business and will allow cross-sell opportunities (e.g. while we fill an HR vacancy, we can provide interim support through THRC and vice-versa).
We only work in the office 3 days a week Monday – Wednesday, meaning you can work at home the other 2 days.

⭐ Our office is in the centre of the beautiful Stratford upon Avon so plenty of opportunity for lunchbreak shopping/river walks/Shakespeare history.
⭐ And all the usual stuff like parking, holidays, Christmas, private health, pensions is taken care of.

Holiday: 26 days.
Location: Hybrid working with 3 days in Stratford upon Avon.
