Cowshed Spa Primrose Hill...
Nestled inside one of London's most idyllic neighbourhoods, Cowshed Primrose Hill is a haven of relaxation and sociable grooming. Cowshed Primrose is a social space for members to move, look after their health and well being and take care of their grooming. Available treatments range from massage, body and facial treatments, maternity, lash & brow, waxing, hair removal and light salon.
The Role…
We are seeking an experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Cowshed Spa Primrose Hill (NW1 8UR). The Spa Supervisor is responsible for the efficient management of the Cowshed Reception and booking system, ensuring the team consistently provide an exceptional service and spa experience for our members.
16. To develop and incentivise the reception team to ensure that targets are achieved
17. Liaise effectively with Lead Therapist to ensure that the correct level of support, training, incentives and promotional activity is maintained.
18. Work with Health Club General Manager ensuring the correct budgetary controls and financial planning is in place with regard to achieving budgets
19. Demonstrate our Soho Ways through behaviours at work and encourage team members to do the same
20. Run and manage wellness events, pop ups, and brand partnerships
What we are looking for in a Spa Supervisor...
21. Strong interpersonal skills
22. Customer / member experience focused
23. Passionate about the industry and performing spa treatments.
24. 1-2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile Spa facility (preferred but not essential)
25. Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
26. Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
27. Sense of urgency
28. Yes, yes, yes mentality
29. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
30. Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required
Required Skills/Qualifications
31. NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 or equivalent industry related qualifications
32. Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
33. Ability to multitask and excel in a high-volume and demanding fast-paced environment
