We have an exciting opportunity for an Inclusion & Diversity Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. This is a pivotal role where you’ll shape and deliver BTP’s Inclusion & Diversity Strategy, championing equality and driving cultural change across the organisation. You’ll be the go‑to expert for all things I&D – influencing senior leaders, embedding inclusive practices, and ensuring we meet our legal and ethical commitments.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and deliver BTP’s Inclusion & Diversity Strategy and action plans.
* Analyse and present data to inform decisions and identify areas for improvement.
* Ensure compliance with equality legislation and statutory reporting requirements.
* Partner with leaders to embed inclusive practices and improve representation.
What You'll Bring To The Team
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent professional qualification.
* Proven experience in Diversity & Inclusion roles with measurable success.
* Strong knowledge of equality, diversity, and human rights legislation.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Additional Information
This role involves national travel across England, Scotland, and Wales, with occasional overnight stays.
