Job Summary
Phillip Nova seeks experienced Financial Sales Associates to acquire and manage client relationships, deliver tailored trading solutions, and drive sales growth within a dynamic brokerage environment.
Your Responsibilities
* Acquire and manage high-value client relationships by delivering tailored trading solutions that meet individual client needs
* Educate clients on market opportunities and risk management strategies to enhance informed trading decisions
* Drive sales performance by exceeding targets and expanding your client portfolio through proactive engagement
* Collaborate with internal trading and research teams to improve client experience and service delivery
* Provide excellent post‑sales service to maintain client loyalty and encourage repeat trading activity
Required competencies and certifications
* Pass CMFAS examinations RES5, RES1A, RES2A, CM-EIP, and CM-SIP as required for regulatory compliance
* Minimum Diploma preferably in finance or related discipline
Preferred competencies and qualifications
* Preparation for CMFAS exams is welcomed and supported
