About the Role
We're looking for a qualified Vehicle Technician to join a busy, established VAG specialist workshop in Eastbourne. This is a stable, well-paid role with bonus potential and genuine career development.
You'll work in a modern, dealer-standard workshop using advanced diagnostic equipment to service, repair, and prepare vehicles for MOTs. The focus is on Volkswagen, Audi, Škoda, and SEAT, with exposure to other makes to keep your skills broad.
Technicians have access to full VAG training, giving you the opportunity to advance your expertise and work confidently across all VAG models.
This workshop is part of a multi-site network with over 18 dealers, giving you access to shared resources, support from experienced senior technicians, and career progression across multiple locations.
Applications are welcomed from technicians with 1+ years' experience, whether you're building confidence after qualification or already comfortable in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out servicing, maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics
* Prepare vehicles for MOT testing and complete related repairs
* Road-test vehicles to ensure quality and safety standards
* Accurately complete service and repair documentation
* Follow all health and safety procedures
* Communicate effectively with workshop colleagues and service advisors
About You
* Qualified Vehicle Technician / Service Technician
* Minimum 1 year workshop experience welcomed
* Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
* Professional, reliable, and quality-focused
* Comfortable in a busy workshop environment
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Full UK driving licence preferred
* Keen to develop skills with VAG training and grow across multiple sites
