Job Summary
We are looking for a Credit Controller Administrator to join the Frontier team, based at Witham St Hughs, on a full‑time fixed‑term basis for 6 months.
Responsibilities
* Provide general administration on the credit control desk, delivering a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
* Support the credit control team with administrative tasks, including ad‑hoc reports and store admin.
* Assist in the production of letters from information supplied by the Credit Controller.
* Administer finance agreements within the designated area and provide cover for the Credit Controller during absences.
Qualifications
* Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure timely resolution of queries.
* Provide customer account reconciliations as required.
* Conduct credit limit reviews.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft PC applications.
* Strong team player who can work independently.
* Previous administration experience is an advantage; credit control/accounting experience not required.
