Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping people manage their finances effectively? Stockport Homes Group is looking for a dedicated Recovery Assistant to join our Customer Finance team.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in maximising income collection, including rent and service charges, while supporting customers to sustain their tenancies. You’ll handle inbound enquiries, assist Recovery Officers with arrears management, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and takes ownership of their performance against challenging targets. You’ll have excellent organisational skills, strong numeracy and digital abilities, and the confidence to identify vulnerabilities and refer customers for specialist support when needed.
