Role responsibilities:
6. Maintain store areas in a clean and organised state whilst reporting any equipment defects to Head Chef
7. To be accountable for ordering, receiving and storage of food as per Bourne Food Safety Management System (FSMS)
8. Accountable for processing invoices and to complete weekly stock takes in alignment with Group financial deadlines.
9. Confidently deal with external suppliers and delivery drivers
10. Monitors deliveries and supplier information and is proactive in arranging appropriate resource/support to ensure the guest experience is not affected.
11. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, company, and Health & Safety policies within your area of responsibility.
12. Be proactive in arranging appropriate resource that is reflective of the guest numbers and food cost budgets, escalating to Head Chef where necessary
13. Work closely and liaise with the Head Chef to ensure compliance in audits and EHO visits.
