What You'll Do
* Lead and coordinate high‑quality provision for pupils with SEND
* Work closely with teachers, support staff and senior leaders to ensure every child's needs are met
* Build strong relationships with families, external agencies and professionals
* Use your expertise to guide staff, shape practice, and drive whole‑school inclusion
* Monitor and evaluate progress to ensure all learners shine
