About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you'll work closely with our senior sales and marketing team, gaining hands-on experience and developing essential business skills.
You'll be at the frontline of customer interaction understanding needs, offering solutions, and learning how to build relationships that drive results.
You will be Mentored by our experienced by our senior team, learning the essential skills required to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will gain hands-on experience interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the best products/services to meet their requirements.
Engaging with customers, building rapport, and representing the company in a professional manner
Gaining experience in the business development realm, sales strategies, and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage directly with customers and clients in a professional, friendly manner
Promote products and services through face-to-face marketing campaigns
Assist in daily sales and operational tasks
Support customer onboarding and handle queries
Contribute to the team's sales goals and growth targets
Learn how to train, motivate, and lead others as you progress
Develop skills in sales, business and leadership development within the first 1-3 months
